An Advice of the Organisers
In order to support the workshop preparation, we should like to continue our information efforts, as in our text from 11.9., and recommend reading the speech of M. Barroso “State of the Union Address 2013” http://europa.eu/rapid/press-release_SPEECH-13-684_en.htm for our discussion. We also recommend L. Andors “Reconstruction in Europe”http://ec.europa.eu/commission_2010-2014/andor/index_en.htm as well as K. De Gucht’s “Working together for Growth through Free Trade” http://europa.eu/rapid/press-release_SPEECH-13-708_en.htm
Reading theses – quite different texts – will not improve our general mood, but it will help a lot in understanding problems.

Workshop Organisers: Starting the “Hot Preparation Stage”
